      • What are your business hours?

        Business hours are Monday – Friday, 9 am – 5 pm; however, office hours are by appointment only. Feel free to email morrisseypropertymanagement@gmail.com 

        or text/call 641-455-8386 to schedule an appointment.  

      • How do I pay my rent?

        Log into your online portal to pay your rent. If you are not yet registered, please create an account here!

      • How do I submit a maintenance request?

        Please submit a maintenance request through the tenant portal. 

        1. From the Home or Maintenance tab, click Request Maintenance.
        2. Enter a detailed description of the issue, upload one or more photos of the item needing attention, give the property manager permission to enter with their key, then click Submit Request.

      • I'm looking for a property manager and would like more information.

        At this time, we do not provide property management services for third parties.  Feel free to check back with us, as this is something we may provide at a later time.  Thank you for checking with us!
